How do I login to One by Lessen?

Navigate to https://client-one.smsassist.com/ and enter your login credentials.

What do I do if I forgot my password for One by Lessen?

If you forgot your password, navigate to https://client-one.smsassist.com/ and click “I forgot”. Enter your username and follow the directions in the email that is sent.

How do I add and remove users in One by Lessen?

Please reach out to your Account Manager to add or remove users.

What will happen to the old portal?

You will still be able to access MyLessen and see active and past projects, but you will not be able to request new work.

How do I request work from Lessen?

Hover over the WO Management tab and click Turns/Renovations Action Center. Click “Request work” in the top left-hand corner and fill out the required fields.

How do I view the status and progress of a project?

Hover over the WO Management tab and click Turns/Renovations Projects. Search for the project by using the filters and click into the project to see the project details, status, and progress.

How do I locate my Action Center?

Hover over the WO Management tab and click Turns/Renovations Action Center. This view shows all action that is requested:
• Scopes and Change Orders that need to be reviewed
• Projects where Notice to Proceed is pending
• Projects with escalations needing
• Projects needing sign off

How often are statuses updated?

Statuses are updated in real time.

What is Notice to Proceed?

Notice to Proceed informs Lessen that the project can be started when Notice to Proceed is provided.

How soon can a project start after granting Notice to Proceed?

Once Notice to Proceed is given, the project can start right away.
